Large open plan interior upstairs area wasn't open during my visit. 3 real ales and food served.

There was one member of staff behind the bar taking orders for lunch and serving drinks. This is the week before Christmas so it was obviously a little busier than usual. I waited at the bar for 5 minutes and she was still serving the same group that she was when I walked in. There were still another 4 people to serve before she would get to me so I left.
