A more genuine Irish bar than some others around and it clearly has some age to it, as has the barman who may be the eponymous Eddie. Loads of wooden plaque type adverts and waggon wheels as previously reported, also some Al Pacino Scarface posters. Guinness £3.20

After having travelled up for an unsuccessful event decided to pop in before heading home. Was welcomed by a very nice irish barman (good looking with it) and a few regulars who sat and chatted with us. we are two young girls in our mid/late twenties and although the venue apears to be frequented by an older cliental we didnt feel unwelcomed or out of place. would definitely return - and am definitely interested in knowing if the barman (young eddie i believe) is single?? x

I thought that this Irish bar was one of the better places at this end of Wembley as there was a good atmosphere from the once sober locals that were propping up the bar and I liked the décor of old paintings, waggon wheels and general knick-knacks that adorned the walls. Unsurprisingly there are no hand pumps, but I was served a decent pint of Guinness by the friendly barman.
It’s not the biggest place, but there is still a TV screen on every wall for showing the horse racing and football on Sky and there is also a dartboard at the rear. There were some advertisements for live music on Saturday nights and there is also a jukebox which I found to be a little loud for a Thursday afternoon, but this was my only negative observation.
Seating can be found on the path outside and around to the side of the building and there are two awnings to shield from the elements on less clement days.
I would have no problem popping back in here for another pint of two if passing.
