Alan Winfield left this review about Revolution
Revolution is one of many bars on Call Lane.
Once inside there is a very long oblong shaped room which runs to the rear, there is a long bar which runs down the right side, there are normal tables and chairs to the front the middle area opposite the bar has tall tables and chairs, there is also bench seating and fixed mid sized stool down the rear left side, the room is bare boarded.
No real ales on the bar which was no surprise for a Revolution,i had a drink of Shipyard Pale Ale which was a decent enough keg beer.
The pub was quite busy on my Early Saturday evening visit with a good mix of drinkers and age types, loud background music was playing which suite me.
This is a decent Revolution to have a drink in.
