The Mulberry was one of a couple of pubs I had a lengthy walk out of Conwy town centre to. It was the better of the two, but neither were worthy of the walk.
As far as the positives go, the Mulberry enjoys a fine vantage point looking out over the Marina towards Deganwy. It is a large, modern building that was doing a fair trade in food on my late midweek afternoon visit. It also 3 real ales.
Unfortunately, this is where my positives end, as the beers are limited to Robinson's and it does not look like they ever vary. The selection was Unicorn, Dizzy Blonde & Mulberry Way (a rebadged Cumbria Way).
The building is a bit too modern for my liking and is more akin to a restaurant than a pub. The focus is clearly on dining, with only myself and one other customer seemingly only there for a drink. Ok if passing through Conwy by car, but not worth the effort by public transport or on foot.

Modern Robinson's pub / restaurant in a fine spot overlooking the Conwy Quays Marina. Rectangular bar / dining area with some more seating on a gallery level, but if the weather permits then the place to be is the patio terrace (with a side beer garden beyond). Unicorn, Wizard (£3.10) and Trooper available from three of four handpumps.

Large themed pub fairly well kept. Surprisingly down market considering the location and clientele. There are better pubs in Conwy. That said it has a good reputation for food and is nicely situated with good parking. Perhaps I visited on an off-day.!
