Such an odd place. Opposite the caravan park, so attracts some interesting characters. When you have heard a 63 cockney chat up a local welsh girl 30 years his junior, you can say you have lived. When you front out a massive bald man, with tattoo'ed inner ears questioning "what the fack is slimline tonic", then the world is yours.

Lovely barman serving very decent beer. I was on Best you Best from Harbwr brewery, which was fresh on and in absolutely perfect condition. Couple of others from the same brewery on as well.

But the real selling point is the Italian food, served by the chef. Mrs M says she has been to Italy twice in the last twelve months and her prawn linguini was the best Italian meal she has had.

Well worth it for pub lovers (in all their glory) and foodies.

Small bar/lounge at the rear (bar meals in here), large restaurant at the front (booking required). Three real ales plus various fizzy stuff.
Possibly very busy in peak season.
