This fine pub closed on 1st April 2024 after the landlords retired after 35 years. The future of this pub is now very uncertain! Unfortunely, this was not an April Fool joke!

An excellent traditional village local that has been unchanged for years. It has a small bar room and one small side room. A conversation pub with no music, machines, TV or food.
Five ever changing Real Ales are served at the bar. Close to Loggerheads Country Park. This pub is an unspoilt Gem.
