The Green Man is a really nice looking pub on the main road, when we went to this pub there were a few picnic tables at the front and once inside the pub was quite smart and had an olde worlde feel to it.
The pub claimed to be a free house but it was more like a Whitbread pub, there were three real ales on the bar we had a drink of Pedigree and this was a very nice drink the other beers were Whitbread Flowers and Wethereds bitter.
This was quite a nice start to our Nottingham camra branch visit.
