Chef & Brewer outlet which has recently been redone inside and in fairness rather well. Wood ceiling, wall beams, grey and mushroom shades in the usual internal warren. Nice outside decking. Three ales; St Austell Liquid Sunshine, Oldershaw American Pale (good nick), and Golden Sheep. Also Westons Rosies Pig cider. Not bad, really. 6.5

Refurbished roadside Chef and Brewer pub with usual restaurant feel. Has a reasonable drinking area round the bar, although the mixture of low lounge tables, high tables with tall stools and dining tables makes a slightly disjointed appearance. Beers at time of visit were Bombardier and GK IPA and in reasonable condition; Cask Marque registered. OK for a meal or quick pint, but probably not somewhere to spend the evening.

Revolting place. Pathetic plastic sheep everywhere. Rude staff shouting on their mobile phones. No idea how to run a pub.
