This is a small terraced cottage pub in a Georgian style again. The pub is in cream with black paintwork around the nice sash windows and the door. There is a patio at the back. The interior has an elbow shaped room, in white and wood panel, wood ceiling and carpet floor. The walls have motorbike pictures on them. There are both darts and pool at the far end of the pub, a few TVs, which were not on at the time, and there was no music. The service was OK, but there was nobody in. The bogs were in a state. I may have visited this place after it had just been taken over as the beer choice wasnt good - no real ale, but not only that, half the keg taps were not on. I ended up with half of Guinness, which was poor. Not a good experience, in fact the only plus side was the fact they let the dog in, but looking back on it, i wish they hadn't! I would like to point out, this visit was made at the end of last year - i really hope it has improved.
