Alan Winfield left this review about White Horse
The White Horse is a plain looking town pub that is just down the hill from the Cavendish and it is opposite the Red Lion.
Once inside we went in the lounge which was smart and comfortable this room was on two levels as the pub is on a hill.
When we went in this pub it was a Bass tied house and there were three real ales on the bar we had a drink of Bass xxxx mild and this was a very nice drink the other beers were Bass and Bass light.
This was a decent enough pub to have a drink in.
