A picturesque pub with traditional furnishings, woodwork, beams, brasses etc. Much of the comfortable interior is laid up for dining, with locals congregating around the small bar. There is a separate enclosed garden off the car park as well as some benches outside. Draught beers were four Cornish ales, including a local one from Rebel with a cider also on handpump, and they seemed well kept. Quite a nice pub.

What a great pub a good selection of beer and wine and excellent food at a reasonable price.A very welcoming pub well worth a visit
