Thoroughly modernised roadhouse aiming predominantly at the food trade. A rambling, much-extended interior includes a conservatory and a carvery. Draught beers from St Austell/Bath. OK for a pitstop but not really a destination pub.

Called in on Saturday while doing a CAMRA coach trip of old A 30 pubs. This old coaching inn has been refurbished and is one that was delightful to wander round both inside ad out while enjoying our St Austell HSD and Proper Job. There is both a restaurant and conservatory serving food There is accomodation in the lodge. I enjoyed the garden facilities which are extensive and include a massive deckchair made for 2.
