I was pleasantly surprised by this roadside inn, which retains a good feel despite the emphasis on food, no doubt mainly due to the aged interior. Beware the resulting (very) low beams in the bar area however. There are several different areas with various corners, while the large side building is a smart-looking restaurant. There are also a few bedrooms available. Beers are from St Austell/Bath and seemed very drinkable.

Have had a couple of lovely nights at the Norway, last night I really enjoyed the Indian buffet - lots of different dishes to try and you can go up as much as you like !! My son had the fabulous mixed grill, all meats cooked to his liking - very nice - will go back again- soon !!
