Recent newspaper article states that the owners are looking for soemone to run the pub: https://www.lancs.live/whats-on/food-drink-news/hunt-next-tom-kerridge-take-26283843 (23 February 2023)
Update: https://cwherald.com/news/farming-family-reopen-village-pub-after-major-revamp/ This piece seems to imply that the family who own the pub are reopening it although still not having attracted a tenant. There was what was termed a "soft opening" on 16 June. However, this is described on the Facebook page as a "pop up" and there are no regular opening hours mentioned.

This village locals pub was busy at the time of my Sunday lunchtime visit, but it was drinkers rather than diners. There was some lively chat and a shared general knowledge crossword being completed, in competition with some rather loud background music coming from a video screen. The small bar is in a far corner, with three hand pumps serving all local ales (see photo). Sadly, my half of Derwent Dark Mild was a little past its best. There was no sign of food, but a board outside was advertising pie nights.
