Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Last Zebra

Modern bar / restaurant with two large spaces under a high ceiling: the main street-level area with the elongated counter on one side and another, smaller zone located up three steps. The clientele was mostly young, with music above background level. Still, it supports a pair of handpumps, with these offering the local Loweswater Gold and Hawkshead Pale (£4.70).

Restaurant with lots of beer, in the time of plague I think they still accept walk in drinkers. Open industrial decorated space, two floor levels, a massive tiger skin on one wall, I do hope some unfortunate animal didn’t die to decorate some average bar in Carlisle. Lots of scaffolding based stuff mascarading as furniture. Anyway to the point, three hand pulls nothing interesting on my plague grime visit so I had an evil keg instead. Beer delivered sharply but not the food in spite of their desire to turn tables in short order. I wouldn’t try to put people off it’s a fine place if it delivers what you need and for Carlisle it’s good.
