This wine bar/bistro occupies a Georgian mid-terrace town house in what was once quite an affluent part of Southsea but is now too near the student quarter and has a busy road at the front. The decor is pleasant, almost continental in feel. There is a reasonable selection of wines, and the food is quirky. The staff of this family-run business were welcoming and friendly, but I found some of the customers irritating. Opening times can be a bit hit-and-miss. There is no real ale, however, and there are more exciting eateries around, so I don't think I'll be making this a regular venue depite its good points.
