E TA left this review about The Creeks End Inn

Situated in the centre of the town's touristy bit, this is more a food-led canteen than a pub. There are a couple of food serveries including a take-away counter, while the bar counter is in the middle of the single large room, the pub element feeling a bit like an afterthought rather than core business. There is a large outside seating area which is difficult to delineate from the main thoroughfare. It lacks any pub atmosphere and feels like the worst kind of non-seaside grockle magnet, complete with entitled mothers, noisy feral brats and tedious intoxicated men of an age where they should know better. Local radio was blaring out from the HiFi system, competing with the TV over the stone fireplace. The majority of the staff appeared to be apathetic students working their Summer break. Three ales on, when the barman got around to serving - Tribute, Abbot and South Hams Wild Blond. The keg range was Korev, Camden Pale, Poretti, Devon Mist, Thatcher's Gold, San Miguel, Old Mout, Coors, Camden Stout and Carlsberg. Rather awful really.
