Large village inn with equally large bar areas. Dining area at rear but most of pub given over to food anyway. A couple of fair beers on offer and kept well(Cask Marque listed). Pleasant enough. Note the lettering on the outbuildings which shows it was once the New Inn, and spot the former Old Inn opposite.

i can only give a 9 as Derrik is no longer there, but the pub is great, the food is fantastic and the beer always hits the spot (plus they stay open all day over the weekend so its a nice walk out for the dogs)
