john mcgraw left this review about The Bar
Small waterside bar selling up to 4 real ales and a cider from a wooden barrel on the bar.The Exmoor ale was in very good condition as was the cider. Most of the food is sourced from local producers. We had the fishcakes which was very nice. Outside drinking area looking towards Appledore which is on the other side of the river.the old Instow signal box is a few yards up the road and is now on part of the Tarka Trail.
