Strongers . left this review about The Cherry Tree Inn
The Cherry Tree Inn has a stool lined L-shaped wooden topped brick serving counter on the rear wall where the very friendly governor was chatting with a couple of locals during a recent early Friday afternoon visit. This flagstone floored bar area extends to the left where seating runs along the front windows under a large television that was supplying some background music. On the rear wall to the left of the counter is a large fireplace with an adjacent old sofa and table. Patio doors in the left-hand wall open to a decked seating area that overlooks a tiered beer garden dotted with picnic tables. More seating is found away from the bar in the right-hand side of the pub where two dartboards hang on the right-hand wall. It was quiet, but I liked the atmosphere and could tell that this is a friendly pub, but maybe the draught options could be a little more interesting because only Harvey’s Best was available from the three hand pumps and the keg range was very limited.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Cherry Tree Inn
Community pub with a reputation for its food, located between Ticehurst village and Flimwell lights. Modernised yet semi-traditional interior, partly opened out to leave a L-shaped layout. Usually has two of the three handpumps in use, offering the obligatory Harvey's plus a local guest (which was English Pale from Lakedown, £4.50, when I stopped by).
