An extremely large Butcombe outlet that mainly features as a music venue pub. The barman showed me the back room with stage area that holds a capacity of 200 people. The barman was chatty and the beer served was in great shape. Three handpumps serving up three Butcombe beers, Rare Breed, Original and Gold.

To look at this pub, you would think that it has been around for decades because it blends in so well with it's surroundings. In actual fact, it used to be Apollo 2000 until it was converted to The Frog and Fiddle in the late 1990's. It appears to be a popular place, it was quite busy when I was photographing it. I'm not quite sure of the significance of a skull and crossbones flag though!
