Had a nice pint of Landlord in here with food. As you'd expect in such a location it is a mainly food-led establishment however the beer seemed very well kept. There were a group of walkers outside so I imagine they get quite a few groups of those in as well - hence the sign requiring the removal of muddy boots! Food is decent enough and no complaints. Open fire roaring away and great views of the reservoir next to the pub. There is also an attached "farm shop" though the farm in question is one in Cheshire.
