The Quadrant is a large Holts pub located up the road from Old Trafford Cricket Ground. There are steps up to a front patio full of tables and chairs that are covered by a couple of jumbrellas. Inside, the U-shaped bar protruding from the right wall supports seven handpumps, Holts Bitter and Two Hoots were the cask ale options. The usual keg was also available, as was the Holts food menu. There are banquettes around the exterior walls and seating in the rear is served by the back of the bar. There’s a lot of empty space to allow for the hordes that must descend upon here during match days at both Old Traffords. Televisions are located throughout, Champions League football via BT Sport was showing during my recent midweek evening visit. I found the service to be polite and thought this was a reasonable pub.
