E TA left this review about The Seahorse
A rather bland 1970s estate pub, large and architecturally unremarkable. The Seahorse's jukebox was butchering the 1950s musical equivalent of keg beer, while the gaming machines and pool table just looked dull. The locals were very cliquey and unwelcoming, and the outside terrace was hogged by a disproportionately low number of smokers. The only nod to real ale was a pump dispensing something claiming to be London Pride, although "shame" would be a better epithet. Overall, a pub best left to its indigenous clientele.
