This big, garish road-side pub is part of the Sizzling Pub chain, so you know what to expect before you even step into the place. It's gaudy and clićhed to the point of self-parody. Dull prescriptive pre-manufactured food, no real ale, bored looking staff and vacant looking customers – the pub's name generates its own irony. I shall spend many happy hours away from here.
