The Three Moorhens is a short walk up hill to the South of Hitchen's town centre.
This is a new build pub and looked quite smart in my opinion.
Once inside the bar faces in an irregular shaped room which has a part stone tiled floor and carpeted, there is comfy bench seating and normal tables and chairs, the rear area is down two steps where the tables were set for diners.
The pub is a Greene King tied house, there were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of GK IPA,which was a decent enough drink, the other real ale was GK Abbot.
Food was being served and background music playing.
I quite like these type of pubs as they are very comfortable to sit and have a drink in.
