Typical seaside pub with a faux-nautical interior in blue and white decorated with sundry marine tat. The light and bright feel is perhaps a bit more café than pub but it enjoys an excellent position right on the seafront, with a small patio overhanging the beach, and it seems to have annexed the shop next door at some point. Two handpumps were on the bar, one out of use but the other serving Goddard's Ale of Wight in excellent condition.
