Much more traditional than the Boot & Shoe just across the road. It's a good looking pub from the outside and the inside is pleasant enough as well. There's a main room which has flag flooring and a separate pool room. The bar is unusual in that it has drawers in it on the customer side. 3 handpumps serving Jennings Cumberland, Wells Eagle and Theakston Old Peculier, so not the most exciting range you'll ever see. Having said that my pint of Eagle was in good nick. This is the best pub in Waterfoot in my opinion. I wouldn't want to live here mind.
