Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Little Brown Jug

A Greene King pub, operated by the local Whiting & Hammond mini-chain, but you would never associate it with the brewery if you miss the front sign. Located directly opposite Penshurst station but don't be fooled, it is several miles away from the village and heritage attraction of that name. Anyway, this is a substantial pub with additional dining areas in the rear extension and it has an expansive beer garden (including a few small covered huts) off to one side. Only two of the three handpumps were in use on this re-visit (the first for 12 years), dispensing Landlord and the very local Larkin's Traditional (£4.40).
