Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Lord Nelson
Refurbished Shepherd Neame pub, although you could easily mistake it as having been renamed as the Riverside Bar as you approach (and it does have a little patio terrace beside the rather dour River Dour...). Now given a semi-modern, gastro-pub look (particularly in the single-storey area on the left-hand side). I initially thought it only had Bishops Finger on from the three handpumps, but it turned out that the Christmas Ale (£5.50) had also made a final reappearance so I jumped at that opportunity since I had missed it elsewhere over the festive period. Extra point for having a knowledgeable and friendly landlord.
