Two room Everards local. Porch entrance with two choices, I headed straight onwards into what looked like a normal bar but got told politely, and curtly, that drinking happens next door (I didn't ask as to why there were two barflies there nursing a beer). The 'drinking bar' is a spasmodically modernised place that was likely quite nice 20 years ago. Now it's COVID colours and a dreary soundtrack. Talking of dreary, my Tiger was toothless and clearly on an aspirator (NBSS 2) with Sunchaser (ha ha) as the other choice. Miserable visit.

The Nags Head is a half mock timbered pub that is in the old part of Glenfield.
Once inside this pub had two rooms we went in the bar at the front this was long and fairly narrow running across the front of the pub,the lounge was at the back of the pub this looked empty.
The bar was fairly basic but i quite liked this room there were bare floor boards and leather bench seating and also a TV in the corner showing sports.
This pub is an Everards tied house and there were Four real ales on the bar i had a drink of Everards beacon bitter and this was a very nice drink the other beers were Everards Tiger bitter and Original and a guest beer from Wadworths called Bishops Tipple.
The pub was quite busy with locals of all ages and i thought this was a decent pub to have a few drinks in.
