an absolutly terrable pubi hate this place it a terrible pub i used to live near and avoided it like the plague.
pint quality - poor.
friendlyness - not that friendly.
atmosphere - awful not nice.
cleanliness - the only good point.
toilets - ok not to bad.
prices - expensive one or 2 confusing offers.
food served yes .food is terrable .the menu & specials boards are very confusing.
drinks served. the usual s.
serving time very poor if you are not a regular.

Just been done out and very nice it is too cos it was starting to look a bit tired. Now selling Caffreys which was nice but no branded glassware for it (in the post apparently ....deduct one point lol). Lounge was packed out cos a wake was in so we ate in the little room. Don't know what Super Pints findings confusing about the menu. Lists what they sell and how much it costs and they don't have a specials board anywhere but barmaid says they're getting one (lovely woman who has been there for 30 yrs) Seen a few ijeets asked to leave and not return which makes for a nice atmosphere cos you're not sitting waiting for the place to kick off. Bar staff are canny; couple of them are a bit quiet. It's not cheap and they don't do offers on the beer so that tends to keep the ass*oles at bay which suits us.

nice enuff pub. meal was hot nd tasty, lasagne homemade nd so was the chips. fosters only £2.10 a pint. staff helpful toilets clean nd tidy. had a game of pool nd the juke box was free. some lads in from the darts team who were good craic. been a few times nowt wrong with the place.
Went yesterday 4 lunch and theyve got bombardier on now. had spitfire the other week. regulars vote 4 what they want. nice pint.
