The same interior colours at the others in town – was there a job lot of paint being offered? Three cask on, Landlord was pretty good (NBSS 3.5 – and shifting) though it was gently downhill thereafter with Woodfordes Wherry (3) and Titanic (2), neither of which were being pulled for anyone else. Smart and contemporary interior. Large beer garden. Slightly mixed bag but I wouldn’t be adverse to a revisit. 6.5

The trent is about a 5 miniute walk from the middle of Radcliffe and is the closest pub to the railway station.
It used to be an Home Ales tied house ime not sure what it has on now,the pub is very large and set well back from the road
