Requested be closed with reason - Other: This Brakspear pub closed 10 years ago. Since then it has become overgrown as planning permission has been refused to convert it to residential use. Local people (and they've got a bob or two) are trying to buy it up and open it again. It's not even that old as apparently it was built in the 1960s.
