Up a step or two this looks to be a now opened-up two roomer, which has a central entrance-facing horseshoe-shaped bar serving a red patterned carpeted area to the left with tables and chairs (I assumed the 'dining room' as "Sunday Roasts 1-3" was chalked on a blackboard on the wall). The bar area was bare-boarded with little seating other than a table in a bay window with bench seating and a further small table as well as stools at the bar. A darts alcove to the right, with rubber oche and darts trophies on display on a shelf. A pool table in a carpeted area to the right and beyond the bar took up the remaining room. A bit of a wait for service as no barperson was in situ, but three friendly locals helped me locate her once they saw the wait was bordering on unacceptable and a half of Ringwood Wild Boar was decent (£1.80 a half). Morland Original was a secondary option with two other stumps unclipped. Slightly overloud rock music was another drawback, but the beer was in good nick, and seeing how small the place is don't gloss it over if ticking Bampton.
