Strongers . left this review about JB's Bar

JBs is a tatty old boozer with a bar along the right hand wall that is split in the middle effectively creating a front and rear bar. A standard draught selection is available and during my visit on Saturday evening last week the two hand pumps were drawing Old Speckled Hen and W J King’s Horsham Best. I spotted one plasma screen but I didn’t see any signs for Sky Sports. There is a pool table, which is free to play all day Sunday through to Wednesday, in a room to the left rear of the pub. At the rear there is an alleyway that was being used by smokers. There was some background music playing and there is a weekly quiz is held on Tuesdays.
The service was prompt and polite, but the front bar was being propped up by drunkards who looked like they had been on the sauce all day. I couldn’t care less, but I could see why a couple that arrived just before me supped up quickly and left.

I saw nothing here to entice me back.
