Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Auction House
The former Bell now has a new name, and although somewhat refurbished, it retains its two-room layout. The main entrance leads to the larger lounge / dining room, with a smaller public bar to the left (where the pool table and dartboard can be found), and both having a fairly plain traditional look. A limited amount of extra seating is provided on the front patio, part of which is covered by a narrow arcade. Sharp's Atlantic appeared to be available from the bank of three handpumps on each counter, although the latter proved to be an illusion as the place has recently switched to the keg version. Made do with the Doom Bar (just £2.50) instead.

what a vibrant atmosphere going on here,i love real ale,and here we have three to choose from,bombardier,tiger,and a banks,plus their is live entertainment every other saturday,poker weds,,quiz's thurs and sunday,bingo tuesday,friendly staff,comfortable surroundings and what a food offer!!curry and a drink £4.99 tues 5-10pm,thurs 2 meals and 2 drinks £8.99 5-10pm and sunday big fat puds are only £1.50 if you can eat one after such a big roast dinner of either chicken or beef at £4.29.beat that>>>and kids are allowed in till 8pm.real locals pub you can feel safe in..try it ..you wont be dis-hearted..manager's are respected and local,with fantastic customer background, everyone leave's wanting to tell friends to come there and enjoy...
