The Queens Head is a stand alone pub that is fairly close to the hospital.
Once inside this pub was quite basic and seemed in need of some attention,there were a few different rooms and i had a drink in the room at the front this was'nt a very inviting room to have a drink in.
The pub had free house on its signs but i think it was a Charles Wells house as all the beers were from that brewery,there were no real ales on here and i had a drink of keg Eagle bitter and this was a pretty bad drink.
This pub has now closed down but it is still standing.
