Attractive and well-maintained front garden leads to a nice simple traditional place. Inverse staple shaped interior, presumably there were two rooms at one point off a porch. Exposed brick, old skool pub carpet, elderly wooden ceiling (though the beams look 20th century) - feels like there's been little done to it since the mid-70s and has been looked-after. Apparently a games room round the back but I didn’t explore this. GBG listed with three St Austell beers, I went for a Tribute which was par (NBSS 3). 7.5
