Mercure Hotel with a nice characterful bar, through old revolving doors. However the absence of cask (or anything else of interest) meant we skipped it and headed onwards.

Built in the 17th Century, the original building was badly damaged by fire and rebuilt a few years ago. It's recently been acquired by the Mercure Hotel chain and is now concentrating on the residential trade. The food is now entirely restaurant based, and there is no longer any real ale on sale. It's convenient for the City centre and some of the upstairs rooms have good views of the Cathedral but it's currently not very pub-like and I wouldn't include in a crawl.
