Ok large bar between the Chinese Quarter and the Gay Village, chunky wood table and its comfortable enough & has street seating.

Soup Dragon left this review about The Green Room Cafe Bar
The Green Room Café Bar is a part of the Arcadian Centre and has the same glass frontage and patio tables as all the other places. This place is a café, yes - it is populated by food tables accepting for a couple of sofas (which were actually out of bounds at my visit), leaving me feeling awkward as to where to sit - so I stood out of the way somewhere. The room is in general an L-shaped one, with half of it in green and the other half in chocolate. There is a wood floor. Strange art haunts the walls. There is no TV that I saw and charty music was playing at a decent level. The service was fine, the clientele quite mixed but all eating. Beer; tap stuff, with Peroni - which was fine. A café really, but I am sure I have been in worse.

Featureless lager bar with loads of outside seating. Inside is full of generic tables and chairs on a wooden floor. I can’t think or anything else to say about it. It’s a very “so what” kind of place. I wouldn’t bother if I were you and would walk the extra 10 yards to the excellent Old Fox across the road.
