Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Met Bar & Kitchen

Modern bar and restaurant, with separate seating and dining spaces within a 'L'-shaped shop conversion. No real character, of course, but the barman was friendly and the atmosphere fine (despite it otherwise being a quiet, cold evening). Slightly surprisingly, it does so real ale, with Old Speckled Hen and the more-local Sadler's JPA (£3.80) available on handpump.

Old Blue left this review about Metro Bar

The ‘Metro Bar and Grill’ is a modern trendy shop conversion, not really for ale drinkers, although it has two handpulls offering Greene King IPA and St. Edmunds, the latter costing me a rather steep £1.90 for a half on my recent visit. Not one I’ll be coming back to.
