An excellent dog-friendly, out-of-town, pub mixing a pleasant environment with good beer and good food. For drinkers there is a large bar-lounge area with comfy seating and open fire; for those with dogs or children (or muddy boots) there is a separate seating area with a warming stove for winter; and for those wishing to dine in comfort there is a separate restuarant area. Six handpumps dispense an ever changing choice of beers, though not all are always in top form. Close to Ogden Water.
