THE GREYHOUND HAS BEEN OWNED BY GLENN & DIANE GRUNDY , FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS , IT IS RUN BY THEIR DAUGHTER LAURA WHO IS THE LICENSEE . AS A FAMILY BUISNESS THEY TOOK A BIG RISK IN NOT ALLOWING CHILDREN OR ANYBODY UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IN THE PREMISES , BUT IT WORKS . THEY HAVE CREATED AN ADULT FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT , WITH LOW BACKGROUND MUSIC , OPEN FIRES , ALL SKY SPORTS AVAILABLE ,THEY DON'T SERVE FOOD LIKE A RESTAURANT BUT BUFFETS OR SANDWICHES , POTATOE PIE , STEAK PIE CAN ALL BE ORDERED . OPENING TIMES ARE EVERYDAY FROM NOON ,LATE BAR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY LAST ORDERS MIDNIGHT , ALWAYS A PERFECT PINT AS THE LANDLADY KEEPS A TIP TOP CELLER . THANKYOU .
