Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Court House
Corner pub, with a typical Black Country Ales interior comprising several slightly partitioned seating areas, all with a semi-traditional look. So far so good, but just BFG (£3.95) and Fireside, plus Sharp's Atlantic and a cider, available from the 12 handpumps which was very disappointing.

Visited back in August on a weekday afternoon. This is a Black Country Ales pub with 12 hand pulls; at the time of my visit 2 were off and 3 were drawing cider. Of the remaining, 3 offered their own ales and 3 guests, plus a Robinsons Unicorn.
My Oakham Superdelic set me back £2 for a half. It was possibly served slightly warm but it tasted fine.
Music was playing, with muted TVs showing the golf. There is an electronic TV beer board.
There is green leather banquette seating, patterned carpet, and to me it felt traditional but clean and smart.
It was pretty quiet considering it was lunch time, and on the subject of food barms, pies, sausage rolls, etc are available at the bar.
There are dog treats and a water dispenser at the bar, so presumably it is dog friendly.
Service was pleasant.
Gents toilets are downstairs. As I left the premises I noticed a separate small room to the front, which is probably the snug that Strongers mentions in the review below.
One I would be happy to return to.

The Court House is a Black Country Ales pub with a front snug bar that is served by a hatch at the front of the bar counter. This counter continues up the right into the main bar area where standard keg is available alongside Madri. Eleven of the twelve hand pumps I counted were in operation drawing four BCA beers alongside Grainstore Brewery’s Beesting, Wilde Child’s Delaying the Inevitable, Saltaire’s Fury, Mallinsons’ Motueka, Black Hole Brewery’s Tesseract, M&B’s Brew XI and Lilley’s Apples & Pears cider. I went for the Mallinsons and a pork pie, both of which were OK, although the pork pie was lacking jelly. Cobs are also available.
Up the left, opposite the bar counter, are booths and at the rear is a raised seating area with an access ramp. High tables are found around the counter and the televisions were airing muted Sky Sports whilst some low background music played. I didn’t find the advertised function room. The service was very friendly and the ale choice vast so I’m not sure why there was only one other customer when the other pubs in the area were fairly busy during my late Wednesday afternoon visit to the area. I’d have no issue popping in for another pint.
