The kind of exterior and to be honest interior that promises little in the way of decent ale but never judge a book by its cover as they say. It's a modern trendy bar on two levels with some little secluded corners made for what in a different age would be called canoodling. A mix of comfy seating, the usual high stools and some that look like a fairground ride combines with an open middle space for vertical drinking. Obviously it's somewhere that comes alive at night and is of course aimed at an under 30s demographic but given the good quality of the beers, Saltaire Blonde and Slightly Foxed on this occasion, it's worth a visit, whither you go early or late I guess depends on your age. Fellow punters on my afternoon visit were not members of Bingley's hipster community. As well as the main bar, a mezzanine and the booth-like corners there is a function room upstairs.
