Been called Paddy's Bar for a few years now. Lots of bottles of Scotch and Irish Whiskies on show but most filled with tea. Not the best place.

Old Boots left this review about Dixie Deans
A long, thin, genuine Irish bar, it is actually Irish rather than being themed as “Oirish”; tricolours and leprecaunes décor, several TVs on different racing channels, brewery and distillery mirrors covering the longest wall opposite the long bar counter. Down that side are ranged britannia tables and separate chairs with the odd stool on the outside edge. The bar stools are of the odd, tall, foldy metal, picnic stool style. All keg beer but not predominated by Guinness although bottles of their Black Lager are sold here as well as the keg. A few original features peep out from behind mirrors and posters including some very unusual interesting lincrustra. Friendly, happy customers, chatting, watching the racing, filling out betting slips and listening to the constant Irish folk music.
