A Marstons pub in one corner of the Market Place, an old school town pub sadly two rooms have been knocked into one. The counter is at the back to the right while to the left is a dart board and big screen. Both rooms are trditionally furnished and done out in fake half timber decorated with pictures of victorian Richmond. The left hand room has a decent cast iron fire place. Four handpumps, although only two in use when I visited, dispense average quality beers from the Marstons stable, Jennings and Banks's on this occasion. The keg choice is the normal low to mid price national keg range.
