No cask. Basic keg offering of Guinness, Neck Oil, Madri and Peroni.

Grand building for the Muswell Hill incarnation of this chain steak restaurant. The bar area is to the right of the grand entrance in a bare boarded area with a patterned tile skirt in front of the classy bar counter. Regular tables and chairs dotted around the area. The rest of the venue is carpeted and had a lot of diners in on my mid Monday evening visit, but there were lots of interesting spaces I could only glance at from my bar area seat. Not one for beer aficionados but an impressive venue, nevertheless.

Miller & Carter chain have spent a lot of money updating this former church into a steakhouse.There is a lecturn on entering but when I asked if I could come in just for a drink ,I was directed to the right where a couple of women were doing much the same.It's all quite hip with a lot of high tables and chairs along with red leather benches and had the vibe of a cocktail bar rather than pub.There are 4 mainstream keg options,and an indifferent Camden Pale set me back £2.55 the half.Cocktails generally £7.50 and the drinks menu lists other spirits ,wines and some bottled beer which may have been a better option.No doubt when the double decker restaurant is busy punters will wait at the bar,but it just isn't the kind of place I would base myself for a nights drinking.It may appeal to the less fussy.

This is an O'Neils that is housed a a nice looking church.
Once inside there is a square shaped room which is bare boarded,the bar is to the rear,there is also an upstairs seating area which is on three sides of the room.
There was a decent choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Black Sheep Golden Sheep which was a nice drink,the other beers noted were Old Dairy Cow Shed and Sharps Atlantic.
Food was being served and decent background music playing.
I quite took to this pub,one i could well stay in for a few if not on a pub crawl.
