This pub has been heavily done up in a bare boards gastro style. Despite being located on a busy road junction (hence the name), all is quiet and calm inside with a soulful pop soundtrack at a subdued volume.
The lengthy bar offers your regular keg selection as well as 5 pumps. These, though cover just 3 ales, with Landlord duplicated and the Birmingham Pale also masquerading as an easily identified house Ale. The latter was in good nick. Food is a big part of the offer, though it's worth noting that the beer and a bite deals don't extend to the real ales.
Service at the Junction is top-notch, so it's easy to recommend if you're this end of Harborne High Street.

Nice looking pub in a great spot at the top of the high street. Nicely done inside if a little expensive. 6 beers on when I called - Robinson's Blonde, Purity Ubu and Bunny Hop, Doom Bar, Exmoor gold and Thornbridge Jaipur. The Robinsons was excellent. Well worth a visit.

Prominently situated near the top of High Street The Junction is a decent pub with 6 hand pulls although I thought £4.10p for a pint of Proper Job was a bit steep.
